Hello, my name is John Norman and I am instructor at FXB NW. I started my original 10 week journey in 2011 and have stuck with the program ever since. I've lost weight, lost body fat, met gained great friendships along the way. I started coaching and instructing because I believe 100% that this program works. I love being able to play a part in helping students reach their new goals each and every day on the mat.
