Hi, I’m Kat. I have been with Farrell’s for a little over two and a half years. In that two and a half years, I completed my 10 week session, went to another gym, came back inconsistently, and then went back full throttle. Schedule permitting, I work out six days a week. One of the reasons I love Farrell’s (and came back) is because of the people. It is such a positive atmosphere. Everyone is like family-family that wants to help you and pushes you to be your best. Everyone has a story, and has been on your journey OR something similar. It’s so important to remember that Farrell’s wants the best for you. They will help you strive to achieve your goals, big or small. If you give it your all, you will undoubtable succeed.
I am from Omaha, born and raised. I have been married since 2011, and I have two daughters and two fur babies. I have a huge extended family, and enjoy spending time with them as much as I can. I also enjoy music, singing, and dancing when I have time. I was not raised in a “fit” environment, so this has been a real lifestyle change for me. Every day I feel better and I gain confidence.
I love Farrell’s, and I love the tremendous improvements it has made in my life. I became a coach, and now instructor because I want to help people make positive changes in their life, and love watching people succeed. Join us, and live your life a LEVEL 10!
Hi, I'm Charissa! I joined Farrell's April 2017 and I wanted to take my fitness to another level! I had no idea how effective this program would be! I really joined because I wanted to prove someone wrong who kept hassling us about doing the program. As it turns out, I ended up loving my results.
Physically, I’ve never seen results like this. I’m more flexible than I’ve ever been in my adult life. Mentally, I’m tougher through challenges in my personal life. I feel more mental endurance.

I think one of the most fun experiences and the most sore I’ve ever been came from shadow boxing…ON A PARADE FLOAT. My shoulders (and my whole body from the sun) were on FIRE!!
